Cancels first two orders for no reason, support chat bot says it’s because I changed the order (I did not) and suggests my account is blocked; next attempted order with credit card fails too, redirects me to the support, but the support chat bot is completely unable to help whatsoever here too - it’s a useless time wasting maze of bad design (and bugs) everywhere.
