Won’t accept ANY of my credit cards!!
Using cards from different bank issuers, Citibank, Chase and Amex. Phone app lets me go through the entire seat selection process and gives an error at checkout. After dealing with their ridiculously inept Live Chat feature, I figured out how to finally reach a live agent through their exasperating phone prompt system. The best they could do is tell me to clear my browser cache (all three browser types) and call my bank. Dreadful all around
TLDR using this app is infuriating. I use a VPN on my phone to keep everything secure. AXS refuses to function to “protect” us, and yet every time I got to purchase tickets almost all of them are jacked up resale tickets clearly purchased in mass by scalpers. So, rather than them doing a single helpful thing I am essentially blocked (even after I disconnect my VPN) from buying tickets as a human who simply wants to see the occasional show. I have to restart my phone after disconnecting for a long period of time to even view what’s available. Really really frustrating. Please try another route

This app is terrible. I sign in and then it keeps asking me to sign in. I can’t get past that screen to look at tickets. I tried starting over multiple times and the same thing happened. I finally gave up and tried using a different device. I want to find out about tickets for America at the Ryman auditorium. I’m writing this as my access issue isn’t yet resolved. Be prepared for the app to firstly not recognize your password, forcing you to request a new one…as soon as you create and think you’ve successfully logged in - it demands that you change it again & proceeds to NOT then recognize the 2nd password. I bought tickets for a Triumph concert 4 months in advance. The night before my show AXS allowed an unknown scammer to access my tickets and transfer them to a dummy site without any verification from me. This app is essentially just a wrapper for their website once you start the process of selecting tickets. I’ve been trying to buy tickets for the past four hours using both different cards and devices, and their payment system just says unable to process payment. Can’t Buy Tickets in App
Every time I try to buy tickets in the app it sends me to a page essentially saying it can’t prove I’m not a bot. I’m in the app, no VPN or anything special beyond my phones default settings enabled but it keeps telling me I have to jump through a million hoops to pass its verification. I get trying to protect consumers by taking measures to block bots and appreciate them trying to do this, but it’s too strict and prevents me (a real human) from being able to buy tickets when I want them. It seems like every time I try to use the app to purchase tickets it won’t work. I click on seats that show they’re available and I’m told they are not… yet I can still select them. This happened time and time and time again. Refreshing the page takes you out of the queue! AXS markets itself as a licensed seller, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. AXS purchased tickets directly from the venue, marked them up, and sold them to me. The email validation never works. No alternate way to authenticate. Never receive email updates. This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen for access. Customer support is not helpful and never available when you need them. This app consistently seems to have the most expensive tickets, compared to 6 other ticket apps i use. Out of about 40 ticket purchases, i have only used AXS 2 times, and 1 of those was only because ticket sales for that specific event were limited or not available on the other apps. Im starting to not even bother checking this app anymore because I know it’ll more than likely be more pricey than the others. Reinstalling this app for the first time since 2021 immediately forced a password reset with no explanation, which honestly made me wonder whether their platform had been compromised. Terrible experience using this app. First off, it gets annoying when every time you try buying tickets, you have to go through two bot verifications and then sometimes itll assume your a bot and not let you do anything. My main issue with this app was that ive tried many times to buy tickets and whenever i tried it just said there was a problem with my payment method and to use a different method and even that didnt solve the issue. Terrible user experience
The AXS site and app are absolutely terrible to use. I purchased tickets and created an account, but you can’t save your tickets to your phone, everything has to go through their app, which never let me sign in again. When I arrived at the venue, the app crashed, and tons of people couldn’t pull up their tickets. We all had to wait in line at the box office just to print paper copies. Not great in a GA event to loose your position after waiting hours to get in. To make things worse, when I tried to reset my password, it locked me out and flagged me as a bot. App will not let me load tickets to Apple Wallet
The app offers an option to upload my mobile ticket to Apple Wallet, but when I select that, it will not upload the ticket and only listens “placeholder” for any future AXS tickets. The ticket has been purchased and shows in the AXS app, but it would be much more convenient if the feature to upload it to Apple wallet actually worked. The event is not until May, 2026, and I have had to write down which app I used to purchase the ticket. Very inconvenient in this age of normal ease of use of technology.

Tickets disappeared
I purchased presale concert tickets that initially appeared in the app; however, when I purchased an upgrade available a couple days before the concert date (which is today!), suddenly the tickets disappeared despite receiving email confirmation of my upgrade order and charge to my credit card. I waited 24 hours for the tickets to appear in the app, but they never did. I called the support line and was told the tickets were somehow canceled (?!) and they needed to send my case/report to the financial department, which would get back to me within 24-48 hours. Opens webpage of AXS INSIDE THE APP. Being asked to sign in the webpage of the app after already being signed in is worse than lame. Also. If I get annoyed and go to Chrome My credit card info on your actual web page, it will not take the information from Autofoll correctly. You know the thing that every single other website is expected to do fine with? AXS site actually gets tripped up by the Spaces and for my phone number tripped by the () and - symbols. This makes me need to do things 4 times which , yes , is absolutely ridiculous. and AXS is better than that.… ?
