I bought 10 Houston Rodeo tickets for some work friends. For some reason, AXS flagged my account as a bot account. So on the day of the event, I was unable to login to the app. I got on with AXS Support, on the phone and on live chat each for about an hour. They had me try a whole bunch of troubleshooting steps, resetting my account, reinstalling the app, none of which worked.
