ZERO STARS
Bought my tickets in November for a show in April. When attempting to see my tickets in mid April, the app and other platforms have me identified as a bot. There is no clear and easy way to be assisted. I worked over 3 hours to resolve the issue. Live-chat unable to assist. Person on phone with me for over two hours also unable to resolve the problem. I still do not have my tickets for the event tomorrow. If I had any choice I would never use AXS for ticketing in the future. Also, in the past, while trying to buy tickets, I was perceived to be a bot. The app / platforms not being int
