I bought tickets for a Triumph concert 4 months in advance. The night before my show AXS allowed an unknown scammer to access my tickets and transfer them to a dummy site without any verification from me. We worked all night and day to contact them to either get it remedied or a refund and sat for HOURS waiting to get a person in customer service. I could actually see the tickets I PAID for being resold on stubhub at a higher price by the thief. ZERO support from AXS. Contacted the concert venue directly and they hard copied our original tickets, took the fake listing off stubhub and allowed
