The AXS site and app are absolutely terrible to use. I purchased tickets and created an account, but you can’t save your tickets to your phone, everything has to go through their app, which never let me sign in again. When I arrived at the venue, the app crashed, and tons of people couldn’t pull up their tickets. We all had to wait in line at the box office just to print paper copies. Not great in a GA event to loose your position after waiting hours to get in. To make things worse, when I tried to reset my password, it locked me out and flagged me as a bot.
