The latest version of this app does not work. It wouldn’t let me sign in to view my tickets. Every time I signed in, it kept asking if I was even real. I reset my password 3 times and it still wouldn’t let me in. I had to use my computer to sign into my account so I could transfer tickets, but the person I sent the tickets to also could not sign in on their app. The AI support page was of no help, as expected. After searching online for an actual customer service phone number I can dial, I was able to find out that one cannot sign into this app while connected to WiFi. You need to disconnect f
