I’m writing this as my access issue isn’t yet resolved. Be prepared for the app to firstly not recognize your password, forcing you to request a new one…as soon as you create and think you’ve successfully logged in - it demands that you change it again & proceeds to NOT then recognize the 2nd password. I’ve been stuck in this loop for 2 days now..try getting hold of a live agent & not the obnoxious AI assistant -ha! I wanted to check my tickets for an upcoming event in 2 days time..now I can’t access anything until I get this resolved. Dreadful, very stressful & no phone number for a help lin
