Larry Fleet Fan

Had four tickets transferred to me back in May for a concert today. I’ve been on hold for a total of more than 2 hours just for the human that finally answered to tell me they’re in the original buyers account, which they are not, and then hang up on me. I provided multiple confirmation emails and links showing proof of transfer. The support representative insisted they’re in the original buyers account, which i confirmed with the original buyer that is not the case, to which the support representative hung up on me.
