I purchased presale concert tickets that initially appeared in the app; however, when I purchased an upgrade available a couple days before the concert date (which is today!), suddenly the tickets disappeared despite receiving email confirmation of my upgrade order and charge to my credit card. I waited 24 hours for the tickets to appear in the app, but they never did. I called the support line and was told the tickets were somehow canceled (?!) and they needed to send my case/report to the financial department, which would get back to me within 24-48 hours. But the concert is in less than 24
