Calgary Stampede Evening Show
I tried to buy two tickets that were in a section of the grandstand that had only 3 seats left. I tried to buy two of the three tickets and the system would not let me. I called the Calgary Stampede ticket office and they said they could not over ride the system and unless I wanted to buy three tickets I could not buy tickets in that section. I think this is very poor customer service.

Bloody awful app!!
Worst app ever!! After trying to sign in unsuccessfully at least 5 times gave up and decided to reset password. Well can’t do that either unless I clear my whole freaking cache. Now on 6th time trying to sign in to get my tickets ( nearly $800 in Stamped tx, and I STILL can’t get them!) my god can’t you get an app that works for God’s sake?? I sure as heck don’t have as much trouble with ANY of my banking or credit card accounts! Good lord🤦🏻‍♀️

Ticket transfer
I purchased 2 tickets through a third party and transferred them to AXS (clunky slow process but doable) I then purchased 3 more tickets to the same event and was not able to transfer them. Spent 1 hour on the phone trying to get tickets to AXS but it would not work. Ended up buying more tickets. Not at all happy with with the entire process. Ticket sellers need to get the act together. Horrible experience.

Like the app, but!
One problem. Have sold tickets bought in US and US dollars and a balance is sitting ready to be transferred to our bank account. However we do not have a US Bank account. Now it appears a Canadian bank can be entered but the US dollar account cannot be transferred? Also it appears there is problem adding the Canadian bank info as an error message appears “Saving updated settlement method was failed =\u003E rc: -1”,”code”:400} It would be very important to be able to transfer to a Canadian bank.

Sign up/log in broken
Bought tickets for an event online and was informed I needed this stupid app. Okay fine I download it and I need to log in to AXS - never made an AXS account when I got tickets so I go to register. Try to register and told I have an account. No I don’t but okay, password reset time. Password fields not compatible with 1Password or autofill so app crashes out every time I try to log in. Useless system. Can’t believe I paid £20.50 in service and transaction fees for such a trash app.

I bought tickets from a venue in Nashville that uses this app, my tickets did not show up on the app. Contacted customer service, they asked for all of the relevant information regarding tickets which I provided and they did not respond at all. Don’t know what is happening here but I will definitely avoid this in the future.
