This app is essentially just a wrapper for their website once you start the process of selecting tickets. I’ve been trying to buy tickets for the past four hours using both different cards and devices, and their payment system just says unable to process payment. No useful information or even a link to their support. Finally went to their website to submit a ticket but this delay will certainly mean I’ll lose the good seats I wanted to one of my favorite bands’ farewell tour. And most of my evening has been wasted. PS: I did create a ticket with their support on March 24 and haven’t heard anyt
