I purchased tickets for The Prodigy NYC event through AXS and became locked out of my account because my verification phone number is outdated. Despite calling, emailing, using the app, using the website, and attempting live chat multiple times, I have been unable to reach a live human support agent for account recovery assistance. I have proof of purchase, access to my email, and all account information, yet there appears to be no efficient escalation process for customers with MFA/login issues.
