The email validation never works. No alternate way to authenticate. Never receive email updates. This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen for access. Customer support is not helpful and never available when you need them. How about some security questions or literally any other way to access your account beyond having to submit a ticket that takes forever or trying to get in touch with customer support which, ironically, doesn’t seem to be open during your event. It’s easier to get access to my banking apps than it is this ticket app. PLEASE… add another way to authenticate your acc
