Tried multiple times to buy a parking pass for the Seals lacrosse game, but kept getting an error message. Contacted the AXS help and was told their system had me marked as a bot (I am not). Rep said she would clear the block to my IP and I could purchase a ticket after 10 minutes. Over an hour later, it still would not work. I contacted the help again and was told my account was being rebooted, and I could get a ticket but logging out and logging back in without using the WiFi.
