The app offers an option to upload my mobile ticket to Apple Wallet, but when I select that, it will not upload the ticket and only listens “placeholder” for any future AXS tickets. The ticket has been purchased and shows in the AXS app, but it would be much more convenient if the feature to upload it to Apple wallet actually worked. The event is not until May, 2026, and I have had to write down which app I used to purchase the ticket. Very inconvenient in this age of normal ease of use of technology.
