Fair use policy nonsense
After 20 yrs of prime usage and lots of bought items I was told my last year of use had too many returns , if I want to order more stuff I am now expected to pay extra. It is true, Ive sent more back this last year, everything over sized, dresses with 4ft long arms and poor fabric. I could live

The best shopping experience I’ve had on a Clothing Store app
The features this app has are next level. It Suggest other garments when the one you want is out of stock, “shopping the look” is awesome too, outfit suggestions and how to style are all there and the app is so easy to navigate backwards and forwards. So many times on other app when you click links to other product pages and then go back you have to start all over again. Anyway I’m super impressed l! Nice one!

There has just been a whole host of problems lately,
All sizing is so irregular,
customer service support is terrible takes so long it’s too hard to connect to a human, and then they’re apathetic, often don’t reply for 10+ minutes, or close the chat preemptively, don’t pass you onto the correct department and just close the chat, or can’t help at all.

Corporate greed and human exploitation.
The new returns policy is a perfect example of corporate greed.
ASOS is a huge, international company; their profit margins are enormous. They made huge profits before they implemented the returns fees, so there’s no doubt that the introduction of those charges is driven purely by corporate greed. Worse still, they haven’t used the additional funds to improve their policies on wasting products and fast fashion; they’re still filling landfills at unsustainable rates, and they’re still exploiting humans and the environment in the name of fast fashion.

Great but there is a serious problem with the search bar whatever you type in pretty much the opposite appears or something not remotely close comes up also the same happens when you give it a picture for inspo it comes up with nothing like it. Disappointed
I have been a loyal ASOS customer for 20 years. I loved being able to shop high street brands from the comfort of my home. So often, I would buy something in store having tried it on, and return home to my natural lighting and environment and realise it wasn’t for me, and then have to run around trying to return the item. ASOS removed all of that hassle- especially after I had my children which made high street shopping harder.

Been using asos for years, loved them spent thousands over the years. Very loyal customer and barely returned packages. Long-Time Customer Hoping to See More Creativity Again
I’ve been using ASOS for over 10 years and have always appreciated the platform. The app interface, user experience, and customer service have generally been excellent, which is why I stayed a loyal customer for so long.
However, in the past few years it has become much harder for me to find clothes that I actually want to buy. Many designs feel very similar, and the variety of styles seems to have decreased compared to before. The app is good. The customer service is shocking. I placed an order on the 30th of January. They said it was delivered on the 2nd when the ETA was the 4th of February. Shocking customer service
I have used ASOS for years. Never had any issues. Hardly ever did returns. The experience I’ve had recently has changed my view of ASOS forever and I’ll never use them again. Long story short they stole from me.
I had to arrange them to pick a return up the person I spoke with set it up. The next person I spoke to set up another return when I told them the first person already did it. ASOS use to be my go to online retailer. Failing standards, bad stock availability and glitchy apps have significantly made the experience decline. The final nail is recently when I’ve noticed that ASOS has stopped stocking items from other brands…. I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The app, using my measurements, recommended a size Medium. I originally felt it would be too big and wanted to choose a Small, but I trusted the app’s advice. As it turns out, the Medium is way too large and I definitely need a Small.

Popping to the dress shop
I have used Asos for as long as I can remember. Actually, I never shop in real-time shops anymore. I have quite an indie vibe, I don’t go for the dolly look at all, but I’m still pretty feminine, and I can always find exactly what I need! The website great and easy to use however some of the clothes are awful! It’s like the designers have lost there spark or have put entry level effort into any of it! You won’t get what you pay for
You used to be able to find some decent quality stuff from ASOS, but in the last year or so every time I order something from them there’s something wrong with it. I ordered the same pair of trousers in a few different colours and each colour was made out of a different fabric and had different leg lengths. I have had two separate issues with asos in a matter of months, first issue was that I ordered a load of dresses to attend a wedding and a concert, I ordered their suggested size but sent a load back because the suggested size had got it wrong!! Fair use policy
I used to use ASOS a lot it was my go to shopping hub. I’ve recently been tagged as someone who “orders excessively” and now have to pay for returns. Now as someone who can’t just buy 1 pair of trousers in one size as asos brands are all over the place in terms of sizing I don’t see this as being very fair. I have to order a couple of sizes of top or trousers/jeans as I don’t know which will fit. If I can’t do this now as it seems “excessive” then I may aswell go to stores and try it all on.

I have ordered four items that I’m looking forward to receiving. But when? The delivery is claimed to be the next working day. From past experience this is not going to happen. Have been shopping on this site since its launch and can genuinely say it is brilliant for choice, price, customer experience, and the returns process is smooth. Even though there is an obscene amount of clothing on asos, it’s not an overwhelming amount; it’s an accessible platform, which is relatively easy to navigate.
