I used to use ASOS a lot it was my go to shopping hub. I’ve recently been tagged as someone who “orders excessively” and now have to pay for returns. Now as someone who can’t just buy 1 pair of trousers in one size as asos brands are all over the place in terms of sizing I don’t see this as being very fair. I have to order a couple of sizes of top or trousers/jeans as I don’t know which will fit. If I can’t do this now as it seems “excessive” then I may aswell go to stores and try it all on. Not all of us are influencers trying it all on for content purposes only and then sending it all back
