I’m 40 this week and have been ordering from asos since I was 22. Today I get an email to say I’ve been banned for breaching their fair use policy. Clearly they’ve been using AI and people who have returned too many items have been blanket banned. The amount of money I have spent on this site over the years is massive but of course I return items because over the last near 20 years I have had two children, aged, and my body has changed so I return items that don’t fit because I usually order things in two sizes.
