The app is good. The customer service is shocking. I placed an order on the 30th of January. They said it was delivered on the 2nd when the ETA was the 4th of February. The POD the driver used looks nothing like where I live and when I highlighted it to the customer service team on the 5th they said it’s been delivered. I asked them to do a thorough investigation and they said they would. I speak to another agent a few days after and gave them my conversation reference number.
