ASOS use to be my go to online retailer. Failing standards, bad stock availability and glitchy apps have significantly made the experience decline. The final nail is recently when I’ve noticed that ASOS has stopped stocking items from other brands…. You create your basket, and see that there are going to be a number of different deliveries (usually one from each brand!). This makes it hectic to organise if you want to make a return.
