Weird language policy
The app’s language settings depends primarily on the delivery country. If you are in a non English speaking country, you can not use the English version of it.

Stupid delivery
I have paid for the next-day delivery and and every day for 2-3 days the status is updated "will be next day". This is DHL problem or yours? If people paid you money for the “NEXT DAY delivery” it should be on the NEXT DAY

Good store. But almost a year don’t work in Ukr. I understand if you didn’t work first several month after the war starts. But a year? And they do nothing with it. Worst experience ever
I made an order and paid for it. After the payment it appeared that one of the items was not in stock but I would also not get a refund for it as it’s against their so-called “terms and conditions”. I’ve been purchasing here for years and this is the attitude they have towards their long-time customers. We are talking 11 pounds… Shame on you guys, I work in a much smaller company but we would never treat our customers this way. A complete scam, company is playing cheap tricks.

Hi!
I live in Netherlands but I speak only English. In the ASOS app there is no option to change the language from Dutch to English which is very annoying, cause I can’t use the app at all in this case. Is there any solution to this?
