I made an order and paid for it. After the payment it appeared that one of the items was not in stock but I would also not get a refund for it as it’s against their so-called “terms and conditions”. I’ve been purchasing here for years and this is the attitude they have towards their long-time customers. We are talking 11 pounds… Shame on you guys, I work in a much smaller company but we would never treat our customers this way. A complete scam, company is playing cheap tricks.
