Awful service
Very disappointing experience with ASOS.
My order was marked as delivered but I never received the correct item. I contacted support immediately and was initially told the issue would be reviewed and resolved with a replacement.
Instead, my account was permanently blocked. I reached out again and was told the case would be investigated, but I then received another email confirming the permanent block of my account, including all associated accounts.
No proper investigation was carried out and no real explanation was given. It feels like the issue was not handled at all, and the customer was

Generalnie jestem zadowolona ale szkoda, że za domówione towary, np w ciągu dwóch godzin od złożenia zamówienia, dwukrotnie klient ponosi koszty wysyłki, mimo iż sklep łączy je i wysyła jedną paczką….
skoro nie można pominąć naliczania za każdą paczkę, to może jednak warto by przyznać kupon w wysokości niewykorzystanego kosztu przesyłki, byłoby miło, a klient nie czułby się naciągnięty na dodatkowe 18.95🤔

3 failed returns, lost money every time, support does nothing
I've been trying to return items to ASOS from Moldova 3 times now — twice last summer and once in March 2026. Every single time, my parcel gets rejected by Polish customs and sent back to me. I've paid for shipping each time and received nothing back.
What makes it even worse is the customer support. Every time I contact them, I get the same copy-paste response: "we'll send an email to clarify the situation." Nothing ever happens after that. No follow-up, no resolution, no refund. Just empty promises over and over again.

Bardzo fajna aplikacja, super ubrania, duży wybór. Mam tylko dwa zastrzeżenia fajnie by było gdyby można było zbierać punkty za zakup i później taniej kupować ubrania i no jednak większość ubrań ma składy poliestrowe, są oczywiście perełki które mają skład normalny ale jest ich mało- brakuje wełnianych/lnianych/bawełnianych produktów.

Stealers
Cancels the orders and returns money after 10 working days. In a bank it is called a loan and it is charged with a commission. Customers are therefore investors in a company for free without even asking for it. Nice ASOS!

Language
The app uses the language of the country you’re in which is a bit of a disadvantage to foreigners who don’t speak nor understand the language. It makes it harder to even purchase anything because you constantly have to be translating everything. Please have different language options for each country or at least English available in all countries.

Unfortunately, I have to say goodbye to Asos. I had the app for more than 5 years, I ordered a lot, but since their policy changed, I'm switching to other platforms. The quality of the product often fails, especially when the parcel already arrives and you can evaluate the product in real life. But now the quality does not depend on Asos, because for any return you pay tax for it, plus shipping. Bye Asos, hello Zalando
