Very disappointing experience with ASOS. My order was marked as delivered but I never received the correct item. I contacted support immediately and was initially told the issue would be reviewed and resolved with a replacement. Instead, my account was permanently blocked. I reached out again and was told the case would be investigated, but I then received another email confirming the permanent block of my account, including all associated accounts.
