3 failed returns, lost money every time, support does nothing
I've been trying to return items to ASOS from Moldova 3 times now — twice last summer and once in March 2026. Every single time, my parcel gets rejected by Polish customs and sent back to me. I've paid for shipping each time and received nothing back.
What makes it even worse is the customer support. Every time I contact them, I get the same copy-paste response: "we'll send an email to clarify the situation." Nothing ever happens after that. No follow-up, no resolution, no refund. Just empty promises over and over again.
