Been using asos for years, loved them spent thousands over the years. Very loyal customer and barely returned packages. Ordered trainers, received completely wrong pair, followed return instructions, got tracking number waited the few weeks yet no refund, spoke to asos customer service who apologised and confirmed refund by a certain date. That date came, did the same process again, was apologised too and gave another date then the same happened no refund.
