Even though there is an obscene amount of clothing on asos, it’s not an overwhelming amount; it’s an accessible platform, which is relatively easy to navigate. The customer service live chat, on the other hand, is abysmally atrocious! Hideous platform! I’m convinced the customer assistants are doing everything they can to not provide support. Huge delays between responses, very generic interactions (bot-like). It didn’t feel like they were taking my issue seriously; I could imagine the customer assistants being entertained by “us mere peasants.” It was giving 🍿and toots up on the desk energ
