After 20 yrs of prime usage and lots of bought items I was told my last year of use had too many returns , if I want to order more stuff I am now expected to pay extra. It is true, Ive sent more back this last year, everything over sized, dresses with 4ft long arms and poor fabric. I could live With that for the occasional buy that works out but to be penalised wjen I know how much money I’ve spent is disgusting. Poor customer service, you’ll never be as good as you started out and eventually nothing with shein etc coming easier, quicker That’s it simple.., only the best companies will survi
