I have used ASOS for years. Never had any issues. Hardly ever did returns. The experience I’ve had recently has changed my view of ASOS forever and I’ll never use them again. Long story short they stole from me. I had to arrange them to pick a return up the person I spoke with set it up. The next person I spoke to set up another return when I told them the first person already did it. Sadly I was returning an item to another shop so when the courier came and told me he had two items to collect. He took both. The other item was then lost in their warehouse.
