I have had two separate issues with asos in a matter of months, first issue was that I ordered a load of dresses to attend a wedding and a concert, I ordered their suggested size but sent a load back because the suggested size had got it wrong!! Then when I got my refund they had deducted postage, I have their premier subscription so thought it was unlimited postage to me and returns - the point being if their clothes were the right sizes I wouldn’t have had to return them!!! I just recently ordered a dress from ASOS thinking it will come next day once I’d ordered it said it would take 5 days
