I have ordered four items that I’m looking forward to receiving. But when? The delivery is claimed to be the next working day. From past experience this is not going to happen. The delivery company used by Asos in Ireland is Fastway and their service is appalling. Fastway sends me messages falsely claiming that they can’t deliver to my house or that they have delivered when they haven’t; it’s disheartening as I have to spend a lot of time contacting them (they make it difficult) to insist on delivery.
