I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The app, using my measurements, recommended a size Medium. I originally felt it would be too big and wanted to choose a Small, but I trusted the app’s advice. As it turns out, the Medium is way too large and I definitely need a Small. To make matters worse, customer service insists this is my fault for ordering the wrong size—even though I followed the app’s recommendation—and refuses to offer an exchange.
