Absolutely disgusting customer service, I recently had an order placed and then my account was blocked. I reached out and no one would provide answers, my order was cancelled and I still don’t know why, ASOS decided to keep my account closed and I don’t even know why!!! After 10 years shopping at asos and spending thousands every year they didn’t explain why my account is closed! I’m frustrated, I’m angry, the audacity to have them say at the end of the email “As we’re unable to help you further with this, any emails received about this matter will be automatically closed with no response” I c
