There has just been a whole host of problems lately, All sizing is so irregular, customer service support is terrible takes so long it’s too hard to connect to a human, and then they’re apathetic, often don’t reply for 10+ minutes, or close the chat preemptively, don’t pass you onto the correct department and just close the chat, or can’t help at all. The app often glitches and you can only return one item at a time, I’ve now had 12 returns which I believe were wrongly rejected, one due to a mixed message from an unclear email from asos saying I had until the 28th to return an item which t
