Don’t use the app to purchase unless you want to lose your money
I made one purchase through the website and everything went as expected. I tried twice to purchase through the app and both times the money was held on my card and it appeared as if everything was fine, A few days later the app showed that the purchase was cancelled and did not explain why, and then the money was eventually returned to my card. I live outside of the country I’m from, so I figured that it was cancelled because there was a problem charging my card from outside the country. Extremely Disappointed with Zara’s Delivery and Customer Service I placed an order with Zara and paid extra for delivery. The delivery was handled by Better Trucks Last Mile Delivery, and the experience was completely unacceptable. The courier left my package inside the building, directly at the entrance where people enter and exit to the street, a high-traffic area with constant foot traffic. New Try On feature
I really love the Try On feature — it’s truly a masterpiece. It’s incredibly impressive and such a powerful tool. Of course, it would be amazing if the photos could look even more realistic, but even now it’s a huge help for styling and outfit planning. I would love to see the option to create layered outfits not only from the items offered in the app, but also by adding my own pieces and ideas. That would make the experience even more creative and flexible. Overall, this feature is absolutely fantastic and very inspiring. Thank you for such a great product!

Worst website getting refunds
As someone who has placed a lot of online orders, I’ve rarely ever had issues with deliveries or refunds. However, I’ve never experienced a company causing this much trouble until now. On the delivery date, the driver didn’t deliver the package—maybe because they were too busy—and after that, I received no follow-up communication. Deleting the app. Zara’s in-store pickup system is seriously flawed. The app and emails told me my order was “ready for pickup,” but when I went to the store, staff told me it was actually still in transit. A few days later, I got another notification saying it was ready — I went again, and this time they said the package was lost. How is it possible that the store can see the real status (in transit or lost), but the app still tells me it’s ready? This disconnect is unacceptable. Zara itself is a great quality brand with nice jeans and shirts. There is something for everyone as far as their fashion line goes. What I don’t like is the delivery service they use, known as “Sonic Transportation and Logistics” at least that’s who delivered my item (thank god) the item had claimed “delivered” a day after I ordered it at 7pm. This app is easy to navigate and I love that it keeps track of purchases with pictures of each item! So easy to locate purchases by looking at the picture of the pieces. One star off because developers need to fix this: when you’re scrolling through gently -used items for sale, and you click to see details of it. Need better distribution of items. Many are vague. For instance there was an eyelet blouse where the picture was on a white background. The model showed the shirt unbuttoned over a swimsuit. I could not tell if the shirt had buttons or not. That would have been helpful in this description. Newest update is really buggy
I’ve always enjoyed shopping on the Zara app but the recent 50th anniversary update is so buggy and frustrating. I’ve added multiple things to my cart that don’t actually end up there and then it’s hard to find the items again. When you’re looking at an item and close out of it, instead of the app taking you back to the last thing you were looking at, it takes you to your cart or to to the top of page, making you navigate back to where you were. I typically love Zara, but their online shopping user experience is AWFUL. Why can't I filter in search? Why when I click photos, it doesn't give me all the color options or all photos? The overall design of the application appears flawless and user-friendly. In reality, there are several issues that need work. It’s so challenging to determine what stores have your size for a specific clothing item. The express pickup feature does not delivery on its promises.
