I get it. Zara is hip… but I have the hardest time navigating this app. It’s not intuitive. It’s almost intimidating… much like their in-store shopping experience. Maybe that’s the point? Perhaps there could be another way to elevate the brand into “hip/elite yet affordable”? The app isn’t that helpful on sizing (idea: allow people to post reviews with photos of themselves in the clothing?) So I finally went to one of their stores and waited 35min for a fitting room to try clothing on to see how they run. The line to pay was insanely long in store so I came to the app to make my purchase. Af
