first of all, I know they have people that don’t get paid make your clothes in Third World countries. Second of all they failed to deliver my package and take no credibility for it. The shipping company even shows that my package was not delivered however, ZARA itself is saying that it was. This is not the first incident with them. they have sent me the wrong items on two occasions which were not refunded, but I had to go to the store to return. They also have sent me clothes in the wrong sizes. Good luck contacting any knowledgeable customer service person because it’s not gonna happen. Their
