I made one purchase through the website and everything went as expected. I tried twice to purchase through the app and both times the money was held on my card and it appeared as if everything was fine, A few days later the app showed that the purchase was cancelled and did not explain why, and then the money was eventually returned to my card. I live outside of the country I’m from, so I figured that it was cancelled because there was a problem charging my card from outside the country.
