I typically love Zara, but their online shopping user experience is AWFUL. Why can't I filter in search? Why when I click photos, it doesn't give me all the color options or all photos? Perhaps there IS a way to do this, which furthers my point that user experience is terrible and so unintuitive that I cannot find the most BASIC search functions. The model photos are awful. They're very artistic, I get the vision, but an "artistically" blurry photo of a dress is not what I want when I'm shopping!!! Just let me see what it looks like. The different backgrounds actually make it extremely diffic
