If there was a zero star, I would choose it. Zara customer service is the worst. I bought an item to be shipped to my apartment, the shipping carrier agent (optima overnight) claimed they delivered the package to my front door but we were home all day and nothing came. When Zara customer service was contacted on the issue, they sent a picture of the package laying somewhere outside of the building ( not my front door nor the lobby).
