아니 옷은 자라에서 밖에 안살 정도로 참 애용했는데 급하게 필요해서 추가 비용 주고 익일 바로 배송으로 상하의 세트를 함께 주문 했는데 하의만 배송해주고 다른 한개는 3-4일 뒤에 보낸 준다는 건 뭔가요? 고객서비스 이메일주소도 안나오고 책으로 문의 하니 불리하니까 고객서비스 연락하라고 챗봇 만들어놓고 아예 다음 질문 하지도 못하게 막아버리는 심보란 매우 불쾌하네요.

제품 오배송 와서 앱으로 제품 오배송 선택한 다음에 반품하려니까 배송비 붙길래 고객 센터 전화해서 보내라는 거 사진도 다 보내고 했는데 보냈더니 며칠동안 연락도 없고 조치도 안 취하네요. 구매한 지 얼마나 지났는데 잘못 배송을 했으면 후속 조치라도 빨리 해줘야 되는 거 아닌가요?

무신사나 다른 어플 좀 본받았으면 좋겠네요 자라만의 감성을 살리는 건 좋은데 사용자의 편의성을 챙기면서 감성을 살리셔야지 그냥 20대인 저도 딱히 쉽지 않고 직관적이지도 못해서 어플 손이 잘 안가네요 품절된 재품은 보지도 못하고, 아니면 볼 수 있는데못 찾는거인지는 모르겠지만 그렇다면 그것도 편의성이 부족한거죠 앱 개발을 한국에서 한게 아닌지는 몰라도 너무 불편한게 많습니다 그리고 매장 재고 찾기 할 때 제가 위치를 검색하게 하지 말고 지금 현재 재고가 있는 곳이 어딘지 먼저 알수있게 해야됩니다 일일이 검색하고 찾아보게 하는게 너무 불편하죠 인터페이스도 너무 후집니다
