Extremely Disappointed with Zara’s Delivery and Customer Service I placed an order with Zara and paid extra for delivery. The delivery was handled by Better Trucks Last Mile Delivery, and the experience was completely unacceptable. The courier left my package inside the building, directly at the entrance where people enter and exit to the street, a high-traffic area with constant foot traffic.
