Terrible system — customers left in the dark
Deleting the app. Zara’s in-store pickup system is seriously flawed. The app and emails told me my order was “ready for pickup,” but when I went to the store, staff told me it was actually still in transit. A few days later, I got another notification saying it was ready — I went again, and this time they said the package was lost. How is it possible that the store can see the real status (in transit or lost), but the app still tells me it’s ready? This disconnect is unacceptable.
