Worst website getting refunds
As someone who has placed a lot of online orders, I’ve rarely ever had issues with deliveries or refunds. However, I’ve never experienced a company causing this much trouble until now. On the delivery date, the driver didn’t deliver the package—maybe because they were too busy—and after that, I received no follow-up communication. It wasn’t until I reached out to Zara myself that they said they would resend the order. Now it’s been almost a month, and despite calling multiple times, they said they are processing the refund due to their mistake and telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours, but never r
