Warning: You will want more and more.
The event I attended was an inspired night to remember for so many reasons. “Hip Hop on Strings.” First, I couldn't wait to find out whether I would recognize the favorites in this instrumental format. but they did not disappoint and I was singing and humming for days. However, most of all, this night brought me back to an earlier, laid back time in my life that left a lasting smile weeks later. Apps mistakes
Used this app for birthdays holidays and presents and had an amazing experience each time. From fun to romantic fever had everything. Was loving the app until they cancelled one of my tickets… I reached out to the support and they handled it amazingly. Everyone I talked to seemed like they wanted to help and got my problem solved. The good experiences before the canceled ticket would’ve earned a 5 star already but the way they handled the issue made me want to rate it higher. Couldn’t recommend this app enough.

Customer Service is terrible
My girlfriend bought a ticket for May 30th, and they issued her a ticket for the same event the next day. We immediately realize and tried calling customer service. Their strategy was typical, say no, send us the terms and conditions and blame the screw up on us. Making it very clear that there are no refunds and no transfers. It’s a $300 ticket, there are plenty of tickets available for our event on both days - so shouldn’t be a huge deal to switch to the correct day. But they had no interest in helping us at all. This is THE biggest scam company we have ever dealt with. In a nutshell, they will not refund you or come up with any type of resolution if an event changes, cancels, or was straight up falsely advertised. We attended a foodies event that was supposed to have 3 courses at 3 different restaurants. When we got there, it was impossible to find. Feverup is just as bad as TicketMaster
The Feverup platform is just as bad and crooked as Ticket Master. Their app doesn’t clearly show ticket availability and how many are remaining. I purchased two tickets and when my friends tried to purchase as well, they were sold out. No problem, we will just change our show time selection. Well, the ticket price was less and Feverup doesn’t issue refunds, even though it was the website’s lack in design which created the issue (I am sure on purpose). We attended the Candlelight Tribute to Fleetwood Mac at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library in Washington DC. We arrived 15 minutes late and were denied entry outright.
