My event got cancelled and had no notification and didn’t notice until leaving to go to the event. Called customer service and said i didn’t get notified, and the response was “maybe your email was full.” then i said they never gave me a refund, and apparently the event was cancelled three weeks ago, so why wasn’t my money refunded three weeks ago? the customer rep said oh okay i’ll request the refund now. i’m sorry but no, the refund needs to happen when the event is cancelled. and it’s not a request, especially when i purchase ticket insurance. not a great first experience, won’t be using th
