Preciative

Arrived at event after long drive and sign said “event tonight cancelled. See fever app for information.” Nothing on app. Had to be very persistent about getting voucher for another event. Hard to find way to contact them. Took multiple emails with automated answers but no vouchers until last response email. We will see if rescheduled event using voucher is cancelled too. I’m skeptical and feel I’ve been taken. What a racket these people have going. Negatives are 1)too many cancellations, 2)no prior email notifications when event is cancelled, 3)no refunds, 4)no notice on website, app or email
