Check the reviews. They’re all 1 and 2 stars going back 6 months. I have no clue how it has a 4.8 as it is undeserved and probably false. I booked 2 tickets for a candlelit concert. The event was cancelled 30 minutes after it was scheduled to start with 0 notice. The customer service rep even accused us of being at the wrong location. I informed him I was born and raised in this city and then he admitted he knew nothing about the city. Instead of offering a refund, we got an opportunity to transfer to a new concert in the same series. They are on Thursdays and this was scheduled for a Friday s
