So I had booked an experience through fever, and the whole experience was canceled (obviously not their fault) but the refund process is a joke. The cities are few and far between, and I’m not gonna pay for travel to another city when the one got canceled where I was headed for vacation. The first gentleman seemed pretty upset that I did not want the vouchers. I just wanted my money back as that’s what I paid for. I waited the 10 days and called back just to find out that there was a problem with the refund on their end. I will change my review if the woman I spoke to was able to expedite the
